So I hadn’t thought about it, but someone has suggested that the addition of Kara to the Idol panel was about ensuring that all four temperaments were covered. (I didn’t realize that slutty and unhelpful was the missing key to a show that was already the most popular show on American television, but maybe it was…)
Anyway, the thoughts on the MBTI profiles of the different judges were interesting and, I think, provide the clues as to why I think Simon is my soulmate and Kara is the worst thing to happen to the world since Smucker’s introduced peanut butter and jelly in the SAME JAR.
Not surprising, Simon and I are both NTs! More interesting, however, is that since I’m a borderline F, I’m very close to Paula too. Since Paula has sobered up a bit this season, I’m finally agreeing with her more and hearing her actual opinion and not just her crazy pills.
I also am most pronounced as an N and not S… so maybe this is why I think Randy’s a total waste of space and why I dislike Kara so much. It’s not a female jealousy thing, Married Brother (and Eric), it’s a temperament thing. Geez.
