Jon Favreau, the incoming director of speechwriting for Obama (on the left), is 27 and adorable and caught with some embarrassing recent photos on Facebook.
He had to apologize to Hillary, although to their credit, Hillary’s people took it well and were pretty funny about it:
“Senator Clinton is pleased to learn of Jon’s obvious interest in the State Department, and is currently reviewing his application,” [Clinton senior adviser Philippe Reines] said in an e-mail.
I will say, the standards are going to have to change because, whether on Facebook or not, there aren’t too many 20-somethings who don’t have some photos like this floating out there. I hope no one releases the ones of me with a Dennis Kucinich cut out ;-)
